Shore
Shore, where water meets the land, is named after the confluence of its ‘onshore’ main dining room on 4th floor and ‘offshore’ lounge area on 3rd floor of the L. place.
The 10,000-sq-ft split-level venue aims to bring nature into a modern interior space. Therefore, the ‘onshore’ main dining room is conceptualised as a natural earth’s land with hard wood floors and stylish chandeliers with copper bull’s horns, which also add a nice touch of animal chic to the place.
The ‘offshore’ lounge is designed for entertaining and networking. The spacious outdoor terrace with comfortable sofas, high tables and round booth seating is ideal for alfresco social gatherings, casual lunches and corporate parties.
Shore is renowned for its in-house dry-aged steaks. During the dry-aging process, flavour of the beef is enhanced through concentration, allowing naturally occurring enzymes to tenderize. This is their way of returning to the tradition where flavour and tenderness were the pride of your village butcher.
Shore also believes that the planet is a pretty cool place, and it needs each of us to care. Shore helps by trying where possible to use organic vegetables, sustainable produce and most importantly, buy from farms that maintain good husbandry practices.
Connoisseur Club members welcome for a 20% discount on the bill in the 4th floor dining room.
