There’s a lot more to Torq Cycle than just climbs and descents. It is a complete cardio workout that also engages your core and upper body while toning your muscles using light weights in movements that combine cycling, pilates, boxing, Muay Thai and yoga.
Every Torq Cycle class is an escape that challenges and tones your body while relaxing your mind. Lights are dimmed, so you can let go of any inhibition, unleash your inner beast, tune out any distraction and focus on just you and your workout.
The Torq Cycle instructors will suggest resistance levels and RPM’s to strive for in each session but you decide exactly what’s right for you and your body. Your bike will be customized to you. You set the positions that fit your body and adjust the resistance, speed, RPM and power to your comfort levels. Your stats for every ride will be recorded and made available in your private account on the Torq Cycle website, including RPM, resistance, speed, power, distance and estimated calories burned. This will allow you to set your own goals and track your performance over time.
